TRYSTUM Sourcing Specialist ("TRYSTUM," "we") is a recruiting and candidate sourcing service based in Los Angeles, California. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this website and through résumé submissions.
What we collect
Information you send us directly: your name, company, email address, and the contents of your inquiry; and, for candidates, your résumé and the career details it contains (work history, education, contact information, vertical / operational / systems experience).
This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels, and does not store your information on a server. Form submissions and résumés are delivered to us by email.
How we use it
Client inquiries are used solely to respond and deliver recruiting services. Candidate résumés are used to evaluate fit against open searches. We do not present your profile to any employer without your prior consent, and we never sell personal information.
Sharing
Candidate information is shared only with prospective employers you have approved. We may share information where required by law.
Retention & your choices
We retain résumés and inquiries so we can match you to future opportunities. You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing garyhall518@gmail.com. We honor deletion requests promptly.
